Should Christmas gift paper end up in the recycling bin?
A beautifully decorated green Christmas tree, with presents underneath. Gifts that certainly please the eye with their appearance. But the question is: once the presents are unwrapped, what happens to the paper?

Is gift paper a disposable product? Many of us open Christmas gifts with great enthusiasm - it's a natural reflex for surprises. But what if, this Christmas, we tried to save even one piece of paper to use again?
It sounds rather original, but why not actually do it? The paper we manage to keep can be reused. The easiest way would be to wrap another gift in it, but not only.
Gift paper - what can be done with it?
To make it look aesthetically pleasing, iron the paper through a cloth and then use it. Below are examples of what you can make from Christmas paper:
- confetti - make your own confetti and save some money. You can get your children involved in the confetti making and they will have a lot of fun.
- Christmas tree chain and ornaments - If you got this paper for Christmas, you can use it next Christmas. There's no simpler decoration than a Christmas tree chain, so it's time to start looking for scissors and glue to make one.
- jam stickers - Cut circles out of paper and glue them onto the jar cap. Such a small thing and it will add a lovely touch to your preserves.
- wallpaper for dolls' house walls - If there is wallpaper on the wall in our homes, there can be wallpaper in the dolls' house too. Leftover Christmas paper is ideal for this. Building a dolls' house is sure to bring a lot of fun. You can also use a gift cardboard box to build the house. This doubles as giving a second life.
I wonder if you remember that gift paper and leftover wallpaper used to be used as covers for books and notebooks? Being eco, as you can see, is fashionable and is important at all times and in all places.
